Do I own the data?

Yes.

Data ownership stays with you. Data can be downloaded anytime in excel and database friendly formats including csv, xlsx.

Can I link to external data sources?

Yes.

External data sources can be linked via web hooks or our API.

Is the system secure?

Yes.

The Xiveillance system utilises the latest security protocols and data encryption.

Is there a minimum contract term for the subscription?

No. 

There is no contract for access to the data and dashboards. We provide an easy-in, easy-out system based on monthly billing. You can download your data at any time for off-system storage.

What happens if I do not renew my subscription?

Xiveillance devices have been designed to only work natively with our database and webservers however, we use third-party routers and sensors which will work with any other LoRa-based system.  

 Do you have any future plans?

Yes.

We have an extensive roadmap for future development - driven by market forces as well as our own curiosity.
